We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fire Executive to manage Fire & Life Safety operations across its premium commercial buildings and IT parks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facility management, fire prevention, emergency response, statutory compliance, and operation & maintenance of fire protection systems in commercial office environments.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all Fire & Life Safety systems across the facility.
* Conduct routine inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting.
* Perform regular fire safety audits and identify potential fire hazards.
* Ensure compliance with Fire Department regulations, National Building Code (NBC), and statutory fire safety requirements.
* Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and employee fire safety awareness programs.
* Coordinate with facility management teams, tenants, vendors, and government authorities for fire safety compliance.
* Maintain fire safety documentation, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and statutory records.
* Supervise AMC vendors and ensure timely servicing of fire protection equipment.
* Respond to emergency situations and lead firefighting and evacuation activities.
* Support EHS and facility management teams in implementing safety initiatives and risk mitigation measures.
* Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (FDAS), Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, and Fire Suppression Systems.
* Knowledge of Fire & Life Safety regulations, NBC, and statutory compliance.
* Experience in emergency response planning and evacuation procedures.
* Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire systems.
* Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
* 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Corporate Offices, Business Parks, or Facility Management Companies.
* Experience in managing Fire & Life Safety operations for Grade-A commercial properties will be preferred.
Qualification
* Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or related discipline.
* Fire & Safety certifications will be an added advantage.
