We are seeking a Junior Architect with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about design and equally interested in execution. The ideal candidate should be skilled in working drawings, design support, 3D visualization, and site coordination, with a practical understanding of materials and detailing.
This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow beyond just drafting and take ownership of projects from design development to execution support.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop working drawings in AutoCAD (core responsibility)
* Assist in concept design and 3D visualization using SketchUp and rendering tools
* Visit project sites to understand execution challenges and practical implementation
* Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal team members
* Support in client discussions and project coordination whenever required
* Ensure drawings and designs are aligned with site requirements and material detailing
Required Skils ,Qualifications
* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting
* Strong command of AutoCAD
* Good knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
* Understanding of materials, detailing, and project execution
* Design-oriented mindset with a practical approach to site execution
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned work
