We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in driving campaigns, building brand visibility, and generating
business impact through marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong strategic mindset, execution capability, and the aggression to lead initiatives independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, and performance tracking
• Develop marketing collaterals, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure brand consistency
• Generate leads through targeted campaigns and support sales enablement
• Analyze campaign data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal departments for seamless execution
• Take ownership of website content, SEO updates, and online presence
• Drive CRM updates, email campaigns, and customer engagement activities Mandatory Skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, SEO basics, etc.
• Excellent project management and content planning skills
• Good knowledge of social media trends, brand storytelling, and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Basic design sense using tools like Canva; ability to brief designers effectively
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Hunger to perform, lead campaigns, and go beyond the regular scope
