Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records for audit, compliance, and internal reporting.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports including funding utilization and performance metrics for senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business development teams to align financial planning and reporting.
Provide financial insights and mentorship to junior finance team members.
Market Intelligence & Innovation:
Stay updated on market trends, interest rate movements, and emerging financing instruments.
Research and recommend innovative funding solutions and financial products.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficient in CMA preparation and accounting ratios
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication
In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and banking norms
Working knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS, I-GAAP
Ability to interpret financial data to drive strategic decisions
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Educational Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
