Job Description

 

Qualification: 

  • BE/B. Tech/ M. Tech in Electrical/Electronics.

Experience-

  • Shall have 10 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • 3-4 Years Experience in Testing Laboratory in PV technology
  • NABL Audit and certification
  • Troubleshooting of Solar simulator and EL Tester

Training: 

  • Certified 4 Days training in ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • Certified 2 days training for calculating the measurement Uncertainty. 

Standards

  • Deep Knowledge of Std. IEC 61215-2: 2016, 
  • Deep Knowledge of ISO/ IEC TS 60904-13.
  • Deep Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • Deep Knowledge of IEC/ISO 60904

 

Responsibilities:

  • Shall be responsible for NABL accreditation assessment.
  • NABL documentation and record management.
  • Analysis of IV Curve & EL Images of PV Module.
  • Coordinate with customers during testing.
  • Resolve technical issues in the test Lab.
  • Reports Preparations and test data analysis.
  • Resolve primary technical issues of the Lab.
  • Coordination with OEM and resolve the technical issues.
  • Ensure annual calibration of Lab Equipment.
  • Resolution of any technical issues from customer.
  • Conduct ILC Plan & Participation.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • PV modules Technology, Manufacturing, testing and their BOM items.
  • Knowledge of preventive Maintenace of testing Equipment. 
  • Knowledge of ILC plan and participation in ILC as per NABL guidelines. 
  • Knowledge of Electroluminescence testing and EL image analysis.
  • Knowledge and working experience of Sun Simulator.
  • Knowledge of EL inspection criteria for PV Modules.
  • Knowledge of IV Curve tracer.
  • Excel and PPT
