Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years plus of experience in outbound sales, lead generation,
or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
with the ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally.
• Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and persuade potential
clients, with a focus on closing sales.
• Results-Oriented: Driven to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software to track and manage leads and
customer interactions.
