Job Description


• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other
communication channels to generate leads for the sales team.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, qualify
prospects, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Client Communication: Initiate and maintain clear communication with leads,
understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiating skills to encourage prospects to move
forward in the sales process.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential
clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions
and leads in the CRM system, providing regular reports on outreach efforts.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through
proactive lead generation and effective communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other sales and marketing teams to align efforts
and optimize strategies for lead generation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years plus of experience in outbound sales, lead generation,
or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
with the ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally.
• Convincing & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and persuade potential
clients, with a focus on closing sales.
• Results-Oriented: Driven to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software to track and manage leads and
customer interactions.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with sales teams and support them in achieving
their goals.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced
environment
