We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing company and possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
* Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
* Monitor inventory accounting and cost accounting related to manufacturing operations.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
* Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
* Experience in manufacturing industry accounting.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
* 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
* Male candidate preferred.
* Candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Dadri/NCR region.
