Roles & Responsibilities :-
1) Plan and develop the overall security strategy for all sites.
2) Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access
control, monitoring and equipment control / software implementation.
3) Be visible and observant at all times to ensure smooth operations.
4) Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms and emergency calls for disorderly
conduct,disruptive persons and incidents swiftly and appropriately.
5) Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
6) Collaborate with other securrity officers for effective protection and coverage.
7) Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures to security staff
deployed at sites.
8) Investigate and take the appropriate lawful action as authorized by the corporate policyon accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicous activities, safety and fire incidents.
9) Control and monitor surveillance equipment and perform building and equipment
inspection.
10) Complete daily reports including relevant information, observation, surveillance
footage and signature.
11) Prepare security budget for respective financial year.
12) Hire and onboard quality staff / agencies as per set SOPs.
