Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards and staff.
* Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
* Monitor CCTV systems and access control points.
* Manage incident reports and take corrective actions when required.
* Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of security activities.
* Train and brief security personnel on emergency response procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10–15 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or real estate security management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
* Experience in handling electronic surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
* Prior experience in the armed forces or security agencies will be an advantage.
* Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
* Security or safety management certification will be an added advantage.
