We are seeking a disciplined and vigilant Security Officer, ideally retired from the army, to
oversee security measures and maintain a safe environment at JCO Gas Pipe Limited. This
role requires extensive knowledge in security protocols, physical surveillance, and risk
assessment to protect company assets and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
● Site Security Management: Oversee security operations on the premises, including
entry and exit controls, surveillance, and patrolling.
● Team Supervision: Manage and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to
security protocols and maintaining high alertness standards.
● Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security
threats to safeguard employees and company assets.
● Incident Response: Lead response efforts during emergencies, incidents, or
security breaches, coordinating with local law enforcement if necessary.
● Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only
authorized personnel and vehicles enter restricted areas.
● Surveillance: Regularly review CCTV footage, alarms, and other surveillance
equipment to detect suspicious activity.
● Reporting: Document incidents, security breaches, and daily activities in detailed
reports for management review.
● Policy Compliance: Ensure all security practices comply with company policies and
regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Retired from the Army or armed forces, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a
security role.
● Strong knowledge of security systems, access control procedures, and emergency
response protocols.
● Excellent physical fitness and ability to remain vigilant for extended periods.
● Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team management and
reporting.
● Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
