Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing,
and content marketing.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
• Customer Acquisition: Design and implement effective strategies to attract and convert new customers, leveraging various digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Growth Hacking: Employ innovative growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale the business, identifying and exploiting new growth opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Performance Tracking: Use advanced analytics tools to track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and SEOfriendly content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Bookmypet's reach and enhance marketing efforts.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital marketing channels.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other relevant platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying marketing strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Creativity: Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Certifications: Digital marketing certifications such as Google AdWords Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification.
