We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sanction Head- Credit- to oversee the Sanction/Credit department and ensure smooth and efficient management of operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in oversee loans sanctioning, ensuring balance between risk & business growth. Drive loan disbursement targets with maintain credit quality and minimizing defaults. This role demands an individual with a strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities to development , implement d uphold credit policies and procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Sanctioning Team:
Oversee and guide the team responsible for loan application review and processing, including credit analysis, documentation verification, and compliance checks.
Loan Application Review:
Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and identify potential risks.
Risk Assessment:
Determine the financial viability of loan proposals, considering factors
Compliance:
Ensure all loan applications and processes adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines and NBFC policies.
Decision Making:
Approve or reject loan applications, based on risk assessment and creditworthiness analysis.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of loan applications and decisions, including documentation and supporting materials.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including referral partners and external advisors.
Performance Monitoring:
Track loan portfolio performance, identify potential problem loans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Training and Development:
Mentor and train team members on credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in NBFCs as same profile.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in credit analysis, loan origination, and loan approval processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, assess risks, and make sound credit decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant lending regulations and policies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to loan applications and processes.
Location Preference: Candidates from East Delhi or Ghaziabad are preferred.
Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills: Credit Underwriting, Fraud Analysis, Risk Management, Team Handling.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
