We are hiring a Senior Engineer – Mechanical Projects (HVAC & Plumbing – Fit-Out) to support the planning and execution of mechanical services for corporate interior fit-out and commercial building projects. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems and be capable of managing day-to-day site execution and coordination efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
●Supervise and coordinate the execution of HVAC and plumbing systems for corporate fit-out and commercial projects.
●Interpret and review mechanical drawings, HVAC duct layouts, piping designs, and coordinate with consultants and contractors for smooth execution.
●Ensure proper installation of HVAC equipment such as VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and plumbing components like water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, and sanitary ware.
●Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and timelines.
●Coordinate with other services (electrical, civil, ELV) and attend site meetings for effective MEP integration within fit-out environments.
●Assist in material take-offs, BOQ verification, and follow-up with vendors/suppliers for timely deliveries.
●Participate in testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of mechanical systems.
●Maintain daily site reports, track work schedules, and escalate site-level challenges to project managers or senior management as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
●Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
●5–9 years of experience in mechanical execution, with at least 3+ years in corporate fit-out projects.
●Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing layouts, and site coordination.
●Good understanding of installation methods, standards (ASHRAE, NBC, IS), and safety protocols.
●Ability to read technical drawings, conduct quantity checks, and coordinate with site teams and vendors.
●Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
