JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack engineer to be a core contributor in developing our B2B Intelligent Pharma Marketplace. You will love this role if you love working on complex problems and writing clean code. Our goal is to solve a complex problem elegantly and cost-effectively.
Hands-on Experience is Mandatory:
● Node.js (5+ Years).
● ReactJS (5+ Years).
● Typescript (3+ Years).
● NestJs (3+ Years).
● AWS (5+ Years).
● Kubernetes (3+ Years).
● Terraform (3+ Years).
● MySQL Database (5+ Years).
● MongoDB Database (5+ Years).
● Message Streaming Services - NATS, RabbitMQ, SQS, Google Pubsub, GraphQL,Socket.io, Firebase, SQS, SNS (Experience with any one Message Streaming Services is required).
Essential Functions:

● Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
● Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
● Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
● Improve the quality of our solutions – you will hold yourself and your team members accountable for writing high-quality, well-designed, maintainable software.
● Own your work – you will take responsibility for shepherding your projects from idea through delivery into production.
● Bring new ideas – some of our best innovations originate within the team.
● Guiding and mentoring others on the team.
Must Have:
● 5+ years of professional software development experience.
● Experience working with highly complex distributed systems.
● Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
● Expertise in front-end development (React/Redux/Redux toolkit).
● Experience with design systems, webpack, and babel.
● Expertise in back-end development using NodeJS, Python, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
● Proven ability to learn quickly, make pragmatic decisions, and adapt to changing business needs.
● RDMS and MongoDB programming experience.
● Ability to co-lead design discussions and feature grooming sessions, estimate tasks, and coordinate work with other team members during iteration planning.
● Solid understanding of AWS, Linux, and infrastructure concepts.
● Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
