o Drive joint sales opportunities with MSPs, SIs and OEM partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, security OEMs).
o Influence and close enterprise deals via channel ecosystem.
Ø Partner Hunting & Acquisition
o Identify and onboard new high potential partners across India & Global.
o Negotiate partner agreements, margin structures and joint business plans.
o Prioritize partners with CISO/CIO enterprise relationships.
Ø Partner Enablement & Activation
o Train partners on cybersecurity offerings (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel).
o Ensure partners are certified and motivated to push our solutions.
o Build playbooks, joint GTM plans and incentive programs to maximize activity.
Ø Co-Selling & Joint Account Planning
o Run joint pipeline reviews and forecast calls with partners.
o Map target accounts with partner sales teams and execute joint account plans.
o Participate in co-branded events, webinars and executive roundtables.
Ø Ecosystem Expansion
o Build strong alliances with cloud providers, OEMs and system integrators.
o Ensure our offerings are listed in AWS/Azure/Google marketplaces.
o Structure reseller & MSSP programs with attractive incentives and enablement.
Ø Reporting & Discipline
o Maintain partner pipeline and deal progression in CRM.
o Provide leadership with quarterly partner business reviews (PBRs).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
o Engineering (Computer Science/ IT / Electronics) OR
o Business Administration / Management OR
o Any equivalent degree with relevant sales/tech experience.
Good-to-Have:
• MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing,Strategy, IT Management)
o From Tier-1/Tier-2 schools
• Cybersecurity Knowledge Certifications (not mandatory, but strong plus):
o CompTIA Security+ / CCSP
