We are looking for a dedicated and technically strong Senior MEP Project Engineer to manage and execute corporate interior fit-out and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and be capable of coordinating across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
●Oversee and manage MEP installation and execution activities for corporate fit-outs and commercial building projects.
●Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
●Review and validate design drawings, MEP layouts, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
●Conduct site inspections and ensure all HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, and plumbing systems are installed correctly and tested as per approved designs.
●Ensure adherence to local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
●Monitor project schedules, track material procurement, and manage MEP-related deliverables.
●Provide on-site technical support, resolve engineering issues, and maintain close coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
●Support in preparation of BOQ, cost estimates, and project progress reports.
●Lead or assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems to clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
●Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related MEP discipline.
●5–9 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for corporate interiors and commercial real estate projects.
●Deep knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems.
●Strong understanding of MEP coordination, project planning, and quality control.
●Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
●Excellent communication, leadership, and site management skills.
●Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
