We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in solar energy systems, hands-on technical expertise, and a
commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in compliance with company standards and
local regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of solar equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair components like inverters, modules, batteries, and wiring.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, updates, and repairs.
- Train clients on system operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in solar installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or
related field.
- Strong knowledge of PV system components and Inverter , including wiring, and batteries.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits as required.
