Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Candidate to join our team. Responsible for site visit, installation and commissioning of Pumps and Cooling Towers. Assembly, testing and commissioning of Cooling Tower. Candidate who will be ready to play a pivotal role to achieve big goals in customer satisfaction, Customer retention, acquisition and supporting concerned teams in revenue growth. Supporting the allied team and doing aftermarket service.

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle customers & sites for Pumps, Cooling Towers, Valves & Actuators.
  • Shall be well versed with MS Office and Outlook Mail.
  • Respond to customers by mails and one to one meeting.
  • Willing to travel in India region. 
  • Shall work independently on PLC based controller, HMI, VFD and other allied BMS integration systems.
  • Shall have thorough knowledge about HVAC equipment’s like Pumps, Cooling Tower, Valves and Actuators, Duct. 
  • Work closely with OEM (Service teams) and high potential customers. 
  • Shall be able to do RCA/fishbone analysis for any equipment failure.
  • Familiar to energy audit process of HVAC system and data collection. 
  • Responds to customer complaints
  • Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
  • Assists in installing the equipment and work closely with the site teams
  • Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
  • Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
  • Develops and maintains relations with customers
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • End to end coordination with various activities for products till site hand over

Experience & Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a service representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the service process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
