We are inviting applications from motivated and dynamic CA Intermediate candidates for Articleship. This role provides hands-on exposure to core finance, taxation, and compliance functions within the real estate sector.
Job Responsibilities
* Handling Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) compliance and related documentation
* Assisting in Corporate Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Taxes
* Supporting Project Finance activities and coordination with banks and financial institutions
* Conducting Internal Audits and assisting in Balance Sheet Finalization
* Assisting in statutory compliance and financial reporting
* Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants as required
Eligibility Criteria
* CA Intermediate (Both Groups / Single Group cleared)
* Candidates keen to build a career in Corporate Finance and Real Estate Accounting
* Good analytical skills and willingness to learn
* Basic knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws
* Practical exposure to real estate finance and compliance
