• Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including content planning, automation, and performance tracking
• Create and customize responsive HTML email templates and landing pages
• Design visuals using Canva and Photoshop to enhance campaign appeal
• Segment audience lists and develops personalized content strategies to boost engagement
• Optimize email open rates through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and design elements
• Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Maintain and clean email databases, ensure deliverability, and track key performance metrics
• Stay updated with US B2B market trends in hospitality and suggest improvements accordingly
Required Skills & Tools:
• Strong proficiency in HTML and basic WordPress development
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
• Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and email automation workflows
• Understanding of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices
• Creative eye with design skills in Canva, Photoshop
• Strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies
