Roles & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Production Planning, Purchase Order releases (as per Policy), Delivery
Scheduling, Freight (Inbound, Outbound), customs house agent (Import),
Warehousing (Inventory) & Logistics (inbound trolleys, issue, replenishments),
Production Review with Sales, Billing Plan, Price List Updates & Payment Allocation.
These activities need to be integrated through SAP eg. We need to define the
minimum stock level of every component based on the manufacturing plan as well as
the safety stock. In case this reduces, the trigger for Purchase Order should be done
automatically by SAP.
This should have reference to just-in-time deliveries & Inventory term ratio (the space
management would be critical here as the volume goes up).
