Responsible for proper execution of FC team KRAs
Responsible for updating & reviewing the DMR & DSR
Responsible for maintaining and establishing healthy relations with brands.
Responsible for coordinating with retailer's for their outstanding and dues recovery.
Extending support to the brands in solving their queries related to billing/outstanding/ledger.
Daily rounds in the food court front and back area.
Pet pooja - coordination and execution
Coordinating with petpooja for any issues related to food court operations.
Coordinating with the mall accounts team regarding sale /purchase sheet to generate the revenue share bill
Daily checking the food quality of the ready to serve products/Bain Marie products in regard to taste/colour /Consistency.
Daily auditing of food court outlet's kitchen in regard to health & hygiene.
Responsible for updating the MIS reports
Preparing budgeting and P&L of the food court
Maintaining the records of the Gift Vouchers distributed to clients.
Responsible for proper execution of Mall marketing activities as per event calendar.
Responsible for checking the manpower strength, attendance & deployment of all the agencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor in Hotel Mgmt
Professional Qualifications: Bachelor in Hotel Mgmt with 10+ years relevant experience at managerial level in mall/food court.
Specific skills: Food Court Operations, Client Handling, Strategic Planning, Food and Beverage Quality Assurance, Table and Floor Mgmt, Updated with latest FASSAI norms etc.
Personal characteristics: Young, Energetic, Leader, Self motivated, Decision maker, Flexible with evening shifts.
Physical abilities: Flexible with Shifts
