The Team Coordinator serves as the central link connecting the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day coordination, reporting, lead management, and scheduling across all departments, ensuring smooth communication and execution of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Planning & Scheduling
• Set up and manage the daily meetings
• Design the schedule for the entire day
• Scheduling and maintaining the sales team's calendar
Sales Team Support & Reporting
• Take daily reports from all 3 Sales Teams
• Generate Excel sheets summarising performance for all sales teams
• Update management on all calling activity completed by the sales team
• Assist sales personnel in closing sales
• Target setting and regular updating of targets for the sales team
Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate with Operations team on day-to-day requirements
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on all activities to be done
• Take reports from the Marketing team and update management
• Coordinate across Sales, Intern Training, Operations, Marketing, and 3rd Party teams
Marketing Reporting & Analysis
Recording Work of Action for Marketing Team and updating Management
• Generate reports and analysis of all marketing activities to be done
• Setting up meetings related to marketing planning
Lead Management
• Talk to all new leads coming in from the CRM
• Map leads to the appropriate sales team member
• Update and maintain the lead Google Sheet regularly
• Set up meetings for new leads and follow-ups
Progress Tracking & Task Assignment
• Prepare and update the progressive sheet thoroughly on an ongoing basis
• Assign work to all Operation team members via CRM (Task Tracker)
• Ensure regular updates from all teams
Training Programme Coordination (B-School Graduates & School Students)
• Coordinate with Teachers / Faculty
• Coordinate with Students / Trainees
• Create and manage credit scores for trainees
• Monitor the schedule and track learning progress of trainees
• Monitor the Google Reviews process thoroughly in coordination with the Marketing Team
Skills & Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
