Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms.
Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.
Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections.
Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)
Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred.
Experience: 8–12 years (preferably in Real Estate sector)
Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong). Team Leadership – Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Technical Expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Cost and Time Management. Problem-solving and Decision-making ability. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Personal characteristics: Leadership Must have handled large site teams independently.
