Job Description

Responsibilities:

To lead Global project Delivery including HRMS Implementation Vertical for the Region. Will be responsible for but not limited to pre-sales, requirement gathering, project defining, project management, client servicing, implementation, Product enhancement, Back end configuration, Database management, customer support, and Customer Success. The job holder will also be responsible to define & manage budgets and contribute to building word-class HRMS products.

 

  • To manage end-to-end project lifecycle through project managers including but not limited to requirement gathering, scoping, and preparation of project roadmaps with clear timelines for delivery, allocate deliverables & monitor progress, take corrective actions wherever required and deliver projects.
  • To drive, manage & monitor team to ensure timely and quality delivery of the solution.
  • Managing steering com meetings to ensure overall project timelines, quality, and Customer Success
  • To support the Business Development team in conducting demos, requirement gathering, designing appropriate solutions, and creating proposals.
  • To work with the Product Development team & extend guidance for product improvement and provide insights through market intelligence and product benchmarking/Competition analysis.
  • Ensure best customer experience by offering best in class customer support within agreed Turn Around Time
  • Developing performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of Functional, Implementation & Support Consultants
  • Will be the escalation point for all product-related client complaints
  • Research, identify, and deploy latest tools and techniques for continual improvement in the performance of software and applications deployed
  • Provide regular updates to Sr. management on projects progress, variances & corrective actions with impact analysis.
  • To ensure documentation of requirements & categorization of same into existing, planned & customizations.
  • Hiring, training & continuous mentoring of team members.
  • Create & update repository of product training materials
  • Continually take initiatives to improve the project environment, suggest and drive process development to improve the quality of deliverables.

 

Eligibility:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in implementing HRMS/HRIS/HCM
  • Detailed understanding of any HCM Product at international level
  • Outstanding communication and Leadership  skills
  • Willingness to travel

Required Skills

  • Experience in managing End to End Implementations of HRMS for multiple clients
  • Project Management

  • Client Management
  • MBA HR from good B school

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing any ERP/CRM
  • B.Tech preferred
