We are looking for a smart, active, and service-oriented House Manager with a Hospitality background to manage the residence of the Managing Director. This role requires a high level of responsibility, organization, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-maintained household operations. The ideal candidate should have good service etiquette, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage household staff while maintaining a warm and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the day-to-day operations of the MD’s residence
● Ensure all household materials, groceries, and supplies are always available and fresh
● Oversee and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
● Train and guide housekeeping and kitchen staff on service etiquette, presentation, and discipline
● Monitor and supervise serving standards and household service quality
● Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely supplies and maintenance
● Ensure smooth coordination and maintain good relations with all household members
● Maintain inventory records and plan replenishment in advance
● Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and respect at all times
Education:
● Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (Mandatory)
Experience:
● Experience in household management, hospitality, guest house, or premium residence will be preferred
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong service sense and hospitality etiquette
● Good organizational and coordination skills
● Ability to manage and train domestic staff
