Recruitment (30%):
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective and efficient methods to ensure the selection of top talent.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
● Utilise various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
● Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Operations (70%):
● Oversee and administer HR operational functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
● Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
● Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
● Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
● Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on both recruitment and HR operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
● Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations in India.
● Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
