Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage all human resource functions across multiple centres / new centre expansions PAN India. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy design, compliance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role will also focus on building organizational culture, establishing SOPs/HR systems to support scale, and managing grievances and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer roll-out — for various roles across centres. Facilitate induction/orientation of new joiners to ensure smooth integration.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle: joining, probation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, exits and related documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and data.

  • Policy Design & HR Systems / SOPs: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks. Customize HR processes to support multi-centre operations and organisational growth.

  • Performance Management & Appraisals: Design and administer performance appraisal systems (annual/quarterly), goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and career development / succession planning.

  • Payroll Coordination & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, leave and attendance management, statutory compliance (as applicable), employee benefits, and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations. 

  • Employee Engagement, Culture & Grievance Handling: Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement activities, address grievances / employee relations issues, and ensure transparent communication across levels. 

  • Support Expansion & Pan-India Hiring: Plan and manage manpower requirements for new centre openings, coordinate recruitment & onboarding for multiple locations across India. Align HR strategy with expansion plans.

  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, reports on recruitment, turnover, employee performance, retention, manpower cost, etc. Use data to provide insights for workforce planning.

  • Team Leadership & HR Department Management: Depending on organisation size, lead and manage junior HR staff or HR associates. Provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure consistent HR operations across all centres. 


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–12 years in HR — ideally with experience in multi-site / multisite operations / healthcare (or similar multi-centre industry).

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR / Business Administration / related field; prior exposure to HR in healthcare / retail / multi-centre / service industry is a plus.
