Roles & responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and recruitment status.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and providing timely feedback.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process in alignment with company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Specific Skills:
  • Talent sourcing and networking (e.g., using LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Candidate screening and interviewing skills Understanding of hiring tools/ATS (e.g., Workday,Greenhouse)
  • Stakeholder management (working with hiring managers)
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple roles Employer branding and candidate experience
