We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer to lead and oversee HVAC operations and maintenance across our facilities. The ideal candidate will
have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
● Ensure all HVAC activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
● Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HVAC team.
● Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
● Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
● Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
● Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
● Report project status, progress, and issues to management regularly.
● Use Microsoft Excel and basic computer tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
● 10–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems, including supervisory roles.
● Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
● Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
