We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager (Restart Career) - Female to support customer relationship activities and strengthen our retail banking portfolio. This role is ideal for women professionals with prior experience in cooperative banking or a financial services background, including those returning to work after a career break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Assist in acquiring new customers for Investments
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable Financial solutions
  • Support senior relationship managers in day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Eligibility Criteria
  • Gender: Women candidates preferred
  • Age: 35 to 40+ years
  • Marital Status: Married and settled
  • Family Status: Candidates with children are welcome

Experience:

Prior experience in a cooperative bank or Background in financial services, banking, or related fields
