We are looking for a Semi-Sales Executive who will support client acquisition, relationship management, and sales operations. This role bridges sales and client servicing — ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with investors, explaining financial products, and ensuring smooth execution of investments.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in onboarding new clients for mutual fund investments (both online & offline).
● Explain various investment products — SIPs, lump sum, ELSS, and hybrid funds — to prospective investors.
● Manage ongoing SIPs, renewal tracking, and investor follow-ups through CRM tools (like Investwell or RedVision).
● Coordinate with AMCs for application processing, nominee updates, and KYC issues.
● Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
● Conduct basic portfolio reviews and communicate performance updates to clients.
● Generate new business through referrals, cold leads, and client servicing interactions.
● Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines on CRM platforms.
● Support in investor awareness activities and digital marketing initiatives, when required.
Skills & Competencies Required
● Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Financial Products.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
● Relationship-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
● Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
● Ability to meet monthly client acquisition and AUM growth targets.
● Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
Qualifications
● Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
● AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
● Prior experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or BFSI sector will be an advantage
