We are seeking a Labour Recruitment Officer with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction to join our team. This is an office-based role ideal for professionals with site experience looking to transition into recruitment and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, interview, and recruit skilled and unskilled workers for MEP construction projects.
Assess technical knowledge and expertise of candidates to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams to understand workforce needs and manage deployments.
Maintain a database of workers, tracking their skills, availability, and project assignments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any diploma/graduate
4+ years of experience in site execution or HSE roles within MEP construction.
Strong understanding of actual work that is carried out by the labour for MEP construction.
Excellent communication and assessment skills for interviewing candidates.
