Job Overview: 15 Years in Mall operation, Last 5 years as Mall head for Successful Mall all over india
Responsibilities and Duties: "o As the head of the profit Centre he would be accountable for top and Bottom line
o He would be the fulcrum between the Various stakeholders of the mall
o Hiring of operation Staff
o Establishing and Monitoring various Processes for Day to Day Functioning
o Establishing and spearheading the Communication Matrix with Various brands
o Accountable for Mall positioning and Marketing
o Accountable for Strategy formulation and implementation for Foot fall
o Coordination with Mall Employees ( Treat Brand Employee as KW employee)
o Preparation presentation of revenue projections and budgets
o Adherence to the projected Revenue and budgets
o Outsourcing and Contract Management
o Accountable for overall upkeep, Ambience and Customer Experience
o Accountable for facility and security of the mall
o Accountable for establishing the design control norms in the mall "
Qualifications: B COM and MBA (Specialization in Marketing) and other management courses and attend the seminors
Professional Qualifications: Graduation with MBA Degree with Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience: 15 Years in Mall operation, Last 5 years as Mall head for Successful Mall
Age : Age not more than 35years old.
