Analyze day to day plant performance of all KPI (like PR and PA etc.) Vs contractual performance.
Analyze the root cause of the underperformance of the plant through remote access of SCADA and CMS and share the feedback to site for timely corrective action.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Setting long term strategy for O&M (CMS platform, Operations team, standards, execution model).
• Define standards for O&M remote operations, systems such as SCADA, CMS platform, weather stations, Soiling station, etc.
• Implement performance enhancements in O&M to reduce contractual LD via Innovation, analysis.
• Develop and implement automation in processes.
• Analyze site performance, identify deviations and manage site corrective actions.
• Management Reporting, Daily and Monthly for all international plants
• Monitoring the Forecasting & Scheduling of Energy based on contractual requirement.
• Work with BD to ensure the best possible operational parameters are taken in project finance model.
Technical Competencies:
• 5+ years’ experience in O&M in renewable field.
• B.E Electrical / Electronics & communications
• Advance Excel/ Python/ R
• Developing CMS Platform and analytic tools.
• Site O&M, Asset Management, CMS development, SCADA
• Contract management, through Big Data analytics.
• Demonstrate Experience in customer handling and reporting
• SCADA: able to Monitor, analyze data, investigate and report on trends
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and analytical tool like R and Python
• Must be able to interpret contract documents and take actions required
• Good knowledge of PV Syst software analysis and simulation.
• Good knowledge of DC area of the plant (Like Module/Inverter etc)
• Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English.
