Roles & Responsibilities :
1) New Product Development and implement effective sales strategies
2) Evaluate current products and work to improve existing products.
3) Design and implement body manufacturing processes & equipment to grow production capacity in line with corporate goals.
4) Ensure achievement of safety, quality, cost, timing & throughput targets on all products.
5) Provide cost evaluation, manufacturing documents and develop Bill Of Material for new products.
6) Write new standard operation procedures (SOPs) and modifies existing work instructions.
7) Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the HVAC / Manufacturing industry.
8) Work with Sales teams to achieve targeted business goals.
