We are looking for a skilled MEP Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop MEP systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Perform calculations and prepare layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams for seamless integration.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project execution.
Collaborate with procurement teams to select suitable MEP components and materials.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software for MEP modeling and drafting.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related design challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and other MEP design tools.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing codes and standards.
Experience in load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
