About the role:
The Delhi/NCR Operations Manager will report directly to the Co-founder & Operations
head of the company. He/she will be the single point of contact for all Operations & Client
relationship related aspects for the Delhi/NCR region.

Responsibilities:
● Ensure smooth Client onboarding by coordinating with multiple stakeholders at
Client site.
● Manage Vendors for filter, filter frames and Air Quality Monitors to ensure timely and
high quality work.
● Manage a team of Operations Executives who are blue-collar staff involved in
on-ground installation and maintenance.
● Coordinate with hardware and software teams within Clairco for smooth Operations
●Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed and create new
processes as per requirement.
● Ensure good professional relationships with clients and develop Clairco’s business
within the client portfolio
