● Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with statutory regulations.
● Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, salary components, reimbursements, and deductions.
● Ensure accurate calculation of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
● Handle full and final settlements of resigned employees.
● Prepare and share monthly payroll reports and MIS with management.
● Address employee queries related to salary, taxation, and deductions.
● Liaise with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
● Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated experience in payroll (not accounts).
● Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Greythr payroll software is highly preferred.
● Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
● Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
● Proficient in MS Excel and documentation
