 About the Job

  • We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who can take care of sprint planning, meeting deadline and successfully delivery of the project. 
  • He/she must have knowledge of project management tools, scrum meetings, gathering requirements and preparing SRS Document.

 Key skills required:

  • Candidate should able to plan work as per the deadline.
  • Able to manage development team.
  • Willing to learn new about new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and people management skills required
  • Candidate should be able to communicate with different department and collect requirments.
  • Required great communication skills (written and verbal).

 Responsibilities: 

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours, sprint planning and meeting deadline.

  • Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep work flow on track.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings for that he/she can prepare SRS Document.
  • Need to be ensure that project deadlines are met as well as needs to ensure quality of the delivery with the help of provided resources.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Can Lead, Manage Coordinate with Development Staff, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Technical Heads, and Team Leaders.
  • Technical Knowledge and experience in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS3 would be add-on .
  • Well versed with Project Management, Planning, Monitoring, Control, Quality Initiation, Lifecycle, team building.
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope
  • Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination
  • Translating departments requirements or project requirment into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents
  • Preparing Time and work estimate for the project
  • The candidate need to Co - ordinate with CXO about projects features.
  • Leading Managing the Technical Teams.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverable
