Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to oversee the installation of electrical DC and AC systems for our solar plant projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of
experience in solar plant installation and will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Install and commission electrical DC and AC systems, including:
         - MMS (Mounting Structures) and module installation
         - Inverter and transformer installation
         - 33 kV transmission line (TL) and bay work
         - SEM (Substation Equipment Management) and electrical equipment installation 
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure installation meets specifications
Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in solar plant installation, with a focus on electrical DC and AC systems 
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and solar plant design
  • Experience with electrical installation, including MMS, inverters, and transformers
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with solar plant installation software and tools 
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as IEC and IEEE
  • Experience with testing and commissioning of electrical systems 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
