ROLE :- Sr. Manager – QA/QC is responsible for handling QA/QC team in a region. He / She will be SPOC to represent Listenlights for all the quality assurance and quality control related with client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Develop the project specific quality assurance plan.
- To regularly attend QA/QC meetings with client
- To conduct internal meetings to review the status of observations and NCR’s
- To develop QA/QC team as per the approved organization chart or as per the requirement.
- To train the team on quality assurance and quality control
- To have surprise site visits to review the process and to conduct sudden audits
- To review the quality audits conducted by internal team or third-party agency and to ensure consistent improvement.
- To regularly update the status of all projects in a region to the QA/QC head and top-level management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :-
- BE / B Tech in Electrical or Mechanical with 12 – 14 years of experience, with continued service of a minimum 2 years in atleast one company.
PREFERRED SKILLS :-
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook at Advanced level
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be advantage
- Excellent written and oral English
- Team handling experience / skills
- Co-ordination with client / vendors
- Good knowledge and understanding on Quality Assurance Plan, Quality checklist, Quality audits Able to conduct quality trainings
- Knowledge of basic Indian Standard Codes related to Construction Industry
