  • Preparing material quotations
  • Preparation of JOB CARDS and updating JC Plan
  • Preparing Spares forecast
  • Follow up for material quotations and getting Purchase orders from clients
  • Checking and sending PO acceptance and delivery schedules to clients and
  • branches
  • Follow-ups on material availability with stores/purchases
  • Dispatch intimation to stores
  • Dispatch intimation to clients/ branches
  • Tracking record on Return of replaced materials from sites/ clients
  • Warranty claim follow-ups
  • Auditing of spares stock at branches
  • Daily Service Coordination meeting and preparation of MOM.
  • Submission of bills to clients in Indore.
  • Preparing MIS.
  • Documentation of AMC Orders.
