We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive with 3–4 years of experience to support the sales team in optimizing processes, tracking
performance, and ensuring smooth order-to-cash flow. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, with strong analytical skills and an ability to streamline sales operations,
enabling the team to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
• CRM Management: Oversee CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) data accuracy, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline health metrics, including weekly/monthly/quarterly performance dashboards
• Order Processing & Coordination: Ensure timely order processing, follow-ups with the operations team, and ensure orders meet delivery schedules
• Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance against targets; provide insights and suggestions to improve efficiency
• Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data, ensuring up-to-date pricing, customer details, and sales opportunities in the CRM system
• Forecasting & Sales Planning: Assist with territory planning, quota distribution, and sales forecasting
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of sales operations
• Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documents
• Vendor and Contract Management: Support vendor management and contract processes, ensuring timely renewals and approvals
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements
Mandatory Skills
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excel & Data Analytics: Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) for data analysis and reporting
• Sales Process Understanding: Deep understanding of the sales cycle and operations, from lead generation to order closure
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret and analyze sales performance data, trends, and KPIs
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure smooth sales operations
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing sales data and reporting
• Ownership & Problem-Solving: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership to resolve challenges in the sales process
