Customer Engagement:
 
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable dry fruit products.
Provide information about product benefits, pricing, and offers.
 
 
Sales & Target Achievement:
 
Actively promote and sell products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
Process transactions accurately through cash/card payment systems.
 
 
Kiosk Management:
 
Ensure the kiosk is well-organized, clean, and stocked with sufficient inventory.
Arrange product displays to attract customers.
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
 
Customer Service & Feedback:
 
Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Build a strong rapport with regular customers.
