Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordination:
○ Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports,
managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
○ Assist in order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely
delivery.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
○ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing their queries and
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
○ Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary documentation and
information.
3. Data Management:
○ Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems.
○ Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Communication & Support:
○ Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal
departments.
○ Ensure smooth communication for resolving issues related to orders, payments, or
other queries.
5. Market Research:
○ Conduct research to gather market insights and assist the sales team in identifying
potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical
industry.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
