Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and design-driven Senior Architect to lead and manage high-end architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, execution excellence, and leadership capabilities to deliver innovative and detail-oriented designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design from concept to execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Develop detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee site execution and ensure design integrity is maintained.
  • Client interaction and presentation of concepts, design development, and updates.
  • Mentor junior architects and design teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 7-9 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred.
