Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for all roles.
2. Design and implement innovative recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
3. Analyze industry trends and workforce data to forecast hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Executive Recruitment:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including executive search, headhunting, and networking, to identify high-caliber candidates.
3. Collaborate with search firms and recruitment partners as needed.
4. Establish best practices for recruitment and implement effective training programs for the team.
5. Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
6.Regular MIS Updates to all stake holders
7. Optomize the cost Saving in recruitments
Stakeholder Management:
1. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
2. Provide strategic advice and insights to leadership on talent trends, market conditions, and candidate availability.
3. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education:
Master’s degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
2. Experience:
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Proven track record of hiring for critical positions.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and hiring analytics.
4. Key Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
