Experience : min. 6 months - 1 year experience in HR Recruitment preferred.
Salary : 15K - 22K. ( suitable salary preferred to experienced candidate )
Responsibilities:-
1. Understand the Job description,
2. Sourcing potential candidates using various job portals like ( Naukri.com, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Screening & shortlisting of candidates by initial CV review.
4. Cold calling the candidates.
5. Conducting Face to Face interviews or telephonic Interviews.
6. Handling end-to-end recruitment. 7. Coordination with Hiring manager.
8. Reference Check of candidates.
Requirements:-
1. Qualification - Any graduate.
2. Excellent Communication skills.
3. Good listening skills.
4. Strong experience in recruitment.
5. Confidence.
