Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Executive / Senior Executive to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services.
  • Supervise housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Maintain and monitor office inventory and essential supplies.
  • Handle hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and related admin tasks.
  • Provide basic IT support, including resolving minor laptop issues for employees.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for timely technical assistance.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational requirements.

Requirements
  •  3 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration (admin) roles.
  •  Basic IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
